I was craving pancakes but wasn't sure where to get a good vegan stack! This place was a godsend with their popular triple stack einkorn pancakes swirled with cinnamon glaze, drizzled with espresso icing, and served with cultured sweet butter and maple syrup. I ate this on their cute back patio!
