La Chantou au Delice & Sarrasin — Avis de sgrande (16 juil. 2019)

This galette has ham (soy), egg (algae), mushroom, and emmental cheese (cashew). It is so original, as I've yet to see vegan galettes anywhere in the states, and satisfying in every way from the presentation to the scrumptious taste. If I lived in NYC I would eat here weekly!
