Chilaquiles (Frijoles) au La Tortilleria — Avis de Meng-Tian He (6 juil. 2019)

Got this without coriander and added vegan cheese.

I absolutely adore this dish, the soft frijoles are scrumptious when paired with these magical corn chips. I don’t know if it’s the sauce, the chips, or the fact that it tastes so good I eat them really fast, but the chips are always crunchy — even the ones at the bottom.
