This is marketed as a meal replacement but is only 170 calories, so it didn’t really fill me up for a whole meal. It is yummy, but slightly sour. I don’t love the stevia after taste but it’s not awful. I at least like that Urban Remedy has started offering glass instead of plastic bottles! Of course this is #glutenfree and #vegan!
