Review of Avocado Sweet Potato Bibimbap at Dosirak by herbimetal

A nice healthy mix with many ingredients. I think I would prefer rice with this though. The sweet potato was a really nice addition, but I would’ve liked more avocado. It was sliced thinly so after mixing I couldn’t taste the avocado very well.
