The Foreman au The Pasty Republic — Avis de madlib (14 juin 2019)

I called ahead of time to ensure they had a vegan option this morning. I noticed The Foreman was listed as a lacto-vegetarian option on their website, however, they reassured me that their website was outdated and The Foreman pasty is now 100% vegan. They make the dough with veggie oil and use separate baking sheets. Sweet potatoes, rutabaga, peas, and carrots were generously stuffed inside the pasty. When I arrived to pick up my order, three different employees mentioned that they could veganize most of their menu given 30 to 45 minutes advanced notice. I loved how accommodating they were!!
