Vegan Sauerkrauter Pizza au Pizza Lounge — Avis de socalpops (4 juin 2019)

Surprisingly excellent. Never thought of sauerkraut on a pizza, but it added a welcome tanginess and nice texture to the usual mush that is vegan pie. Sausage could have had more kick but was a nice compliment to the overall mix of flavors. Daiya brings nothing unique to the table but played an appropriate second fiddle to the rest of the dish. Dough was perfect. Nice job, grimy (in a good way) pizza joint!
