Ham rolls au Vinh Loi Tofu — Avis de Kezia Jauron (20 mai 2019)

Not the ham spring rolls (those are in rice paper wrappers) but the sushi-style, just huge hunks of vegan ham, brown rice, nori. Served with a dipping sauce loaded with star anise flavor.
