Grilled Caesar salad au Plantitude — Avis de Madelineb33 (19 mai 2019)

This is incredible! Dressing is rich, creaming and has some nice zing. Lettuce is flame grilled so you get a nice charred flavour, which really adds some depth to the salad. Topped with fried capers, the perfect pop of salty crunchy goodness. One of the best Caesar salads I have had, vegan or not!
