I somehow keep stumbling across amazing vegan buffets during traveling! Govindas is a must visit - they've got an array of delicious dishes. My favourite was the kofta - something I haven't had in ages since becoming vegan. It could have been the perfect ending had the dessert lived up!

The instructions on dish combinations brought a chuckle out of me - maybe for my non-indian friends?
