Hand crafted cheese board au Plant Miami — Avis de diana (19 mars 2019)

This was a great starter. The cashew cheeses were so rich, though a small amount. The seasonal pickles lifts the dish. The sunflower seed crackers were the perfect amount of nutty. I personally don’t need the sweetness of the fruit compote but it does bring a balance to the dish.
