Chicken Cutlet Rice au O'bean — Avis de Wong Pei Si 王沛思 (8 mars 2019)

This is really delicious. Rice has a lovely aroma and texture, goes great with dark soy sauce. Chicken cutlet is delicious, but would've liked the "chicken" to be closer to what we have with chicken rice, such as being make of bean curd skin. The soup is made from soy milk, absolutely wholesome and delicious. To make it vegan, omit the egg and honey mustard, you can have tomato ketchup instead.
