Ban mian au Kopitiam — Avis de Moira Li-lynn Ong (22 févr. 2019)

This is the only vegan stall in the Compass Point food court, so it's my go-to when I am in the area. I like the firm and springy texture of the noodles, the robust flavour of the broth and the fact that they add a lot of greens. I do think they could add more and a wider variety of condiments though.
