Review of Nourish Bowl (Veganised) at The Glass Den by alyrauff

This normally comes with salmon but does have a vegan option to swap it for vegan chicken instead.
This was beyond what I expected. It felt like a sushi based nourish bowl. The rice had blue pea flower, cane with seaweed, radish, edamame and ginger. It was fantastic! The began chicken was sesame crusted and maybe cooked teriyaki sauce, just right amounts and it was very satisfying to eat.
At $22.50 I found it overpriced even for Australia but I did thoroughly enjoy the meal. I would order it again but this needs to go down to about $18-$20 to be worth it.
