Wild Rice with Eggplant Terrine au Joie — Avis de Sylvia Chew (14 janv. 2019)

An innovative dish as i never expect eggplant to be prepared in such a way! The eggplant terrine is moist, soft but not mushy and has a rich umami flavour which i really enjoy. The wildrice was well seasoned and its natural earthy note complements the flavoursome eggplant terrine very well. I swear i will get this everytime i visit them haha.
