One of the must-haves. Crispy little dudes with “red d’Anjou pear, sautéed red onion, bread crumbs, balsamic reduction, lime zest.” Perfectly roasted every time. And yes, the chef here is VERY into putting balsamic reduction on everything. Deal with it.
