Neer dosa au Shivabagh Cafe — Avis de delias29 (29 déc. 2018)

Good neer dosa served warm. Served with Karnataka sambar which is sweet and red chilli chutney which is pronounced and delicious. Also had the Mangalore buns on the side which comes with sambar and coconut chutney. Sweet fried buns spiced with cardamom and made with banana dough.
