Plain naan au Gayatri Restaurant — Avis de Aly (18 nov. 2018)

I just found it today that this whole time naan is made with yoghurt, not coconut milk 😩
For some reason I always believed it was just yeast flour water and sugar.
But hey even 2 years in we learn something new I guess.
My dad is a regular here and tends to suss oit and order stuff for me after speaking with the managers - still I’m going to assume this one was not vegan as I only has the convetsatIon wIth my dad about how they make naan after we ate
It was pretty fluffy, light and honestly better than the usual hard, crispy naan you get everywhere else.
In the future i’m going to ask for coconut milk (and I always aay no butter and ghee) and hopefully it will be vegan
