This was the most beautifully presented dish of the night, but I also enjoyed it the least, sadly :( The brown rice was undercooked and the texture was too hard. The application of JUST egg here was also not very successful, I get that they were trying to recreate Japanese tamagoyaki but the texture was too soft and mushy (like bread soaked in water), and the taste was just too sweet - it reminded me of mooncake fillings, some of which are also made of mung bean so maybe that's why đThe best part about this was the braised mushrooms, they were excellent! And avocado simply because it's avocado đŻ
