Cauliflower wings au Kolm Tilli — Avis de Mario Fabbri (20 sept. 2018)

The cauliflower wings were the special. I expected them to be way more flavorful and baked. They kept it way too simple. I would give the dish a different name because ”caulifwer wings” sets a high standard. This was more ”lightly baked cualiflower with rice”. 4.80 Euro was a good value though.
