I really want to love this because I love so many of the #followyourheart products especially their sliced provolone and mozzarella and their Vegenaise mayo which I love to get creative with. But this parmesan is way too salty and doesn't really have the mouthfeel you'd want from parmesan. And it doesn't melt well like their other products.
Tip: If you're going to bake with it don't put it on the top because it doesn't melt and will make your dish look not so great.
