Veganized: Unagi rice au Neon Pigeon — Avis de Vikas Garg (25 août 2018)

Was not expecting this dish to be so beautiful! The folks at Neon Pigeon #veganized this dish for us. Instead of unagi they added pickled cabbage and tempura seaweed to create a lot of texture and depth to this rice dish. There was also spring onion and a bit of asparagus. Great option, be sure to ask them for it!
