Crispy smoked potatoes au Neon Pigeon — Avis de Vikas Garg (25 août 2018)

I'm so impressed with the delicious vegan options at #neonpigeon! These potatoes were a feast (you know I love a good deal). They were crispy on the outside and soft inside and covered in a couple of Japanese sauces like ponzu and mustard kimizu, and then dusted with togarashi spice. So good!!! I'd go back just for these potatoes!
