This is not your average pho. $10 gets you a heaping bowl of amazing broth that he spends lots of time perfecting and making, and he uses different types of squash, savory tofu and other fresh veggies that change when he finds something at the market. Always filling and perfect. HIGHLY recommended. (Edit, now called V10)
