Tacu Tacu au Germinando Vida — Avis de Alice Wistar (6 août 2018)

This dish was UNREAL. The best food I’ve had in Peru so far. The thick tortilla made of rice and canellini beans was life changing- the veggies, plantains, and sauce on top made it even more incredible. Without a doubt you MUST get this if you are in Lima- it is a masterfully veganized Peruvian dish. Never had anything like this before.
