Kale caesar salad au Beatnic. Williamsburg — Avis de Jessica Ho (2 août 2018)

Wow. I've never had it before but shittake bacon is better than regular bacon. Slightly burnt and crispy, and none of the fat. The maple wheat croutons had a crunchy, smoky flavor. Topped on a HUGE bed of lettuce and kale and avocado on the side. Great lunch!
