Enchilada pie au Stuff I Eat — Avis de Huì 慧 (5 juil. 2018)

I got to choose my spice level, which was medium. It tasted and looked more like a big tamale than an enchilada. It was really good and I'm glad it came with a salad, dressing/shot(yellow but had apple cider vinegar) and wild rice and beans!!
