Scrambled tofu on toast au Urban Projuice — Avis de Aly (18 juin 2018)

The best scrambled tofu i have had in my life (and probably ever will). Us Asians joke about how white people don‘t season their food BUT BOY WERE WE WRONG. The spices and cookIng style used for the scrambled tofu was beyond what I expected. Soft, tasteful, fragrant and with the perfect textures. Not a great photo but I promise the flavours will not disappoint
