Aglio Olio with Truffle Paste

La Nonna, also known as 'The Grandmother' in Italian, serves good old Italian country cuisine, much like what Grandma would usually cook, in an unpretentious and inviting Trattoria atmosphere.  The ideal dining spot  for discerning diners who prefer to have a hearty meal with good company while basking in La Nonna’s ineffable rustic charms.  Menu changes with every season of Italy.

The server understood my dietary restrictions and helped to whip up an aglio olio pasta with truffle paste (dairy-free) and the noodles were really something special - more texture than the pasta you get out of a box!
