I made my own maki roll as usual (there is a vegan option on the menu already), and I absolutely adored the combination of daikon radish, cranberries, roasted mushrooms, asparagus, and miso sauce wrapped in healthy brown rice and nori seaweed. Do note that there may be cross contamination when you buy the maki roll if you are unlucky, so purchase at your own risk. Also, yes, the miso sauce is vegan ;)
