Middle Eastern Smashed Pumpkin au Sister of Soul — Avis de mealsbymiri (6 avr. 2018)

A nice change from the standard smashed avo which is usually the vegan toast-option when you go out. The pumpkin was delicious and served on top of crispy toast (which was just a bit too crispy for my taste) with almond feta and rocket. With such a great combination of flavours it's hard to say anything bad about this dish. I had however expected a little bit more flavour from the feta cheese, but the consistency of it was great!
