Jack Fruit Tacos au The Shady Shack — Avis de Loosi (13 déc. 2017)

The Jack fruit in these tacos is marinated, making the filling tender and sweet. The salsa added a different texture with bursts of flavour that went well with the sweet corn, fresh coriander and zingy red cabbage. The jalapenos are a great addition to up the heat factor!
