Zucchini Spaghetti au Nude — Avis de Loosi (9 déc. 2017)

The freshness of the raw zucchini spaghetti in this dish was perfectly matched with the creamy coconut and mushroom sauce. Vegan 'meatballs' are a great addition if you're looking to satisfy a larger appetite. The nut parmesan scattered over the top offered a sharper taste and really lifted the flavor of the entire dish. I really enjoyed this healthy version of a traditional Italian meal.
