If you're unfamiliar, it's 2 square breads, sealed on two sides, stuffed with veggies and tofu and sauce. I had never seen or heard of anything like it before, a very unique sandwich! It was really good. Their sauce definitely stood out. It was fairly easy to eat, which is important to me. Not too messy, but I can see that not always being the case. Tofu was very tasty, and I liked the chewier texture. And there was lots of it! A solid, filling sandwich.
Restaurant itself was clean, simple and classy. I like the minimalist menu. Friendly staff. Great experience overall!
