Another fantastic dish from #wahaca - tasty, healthy, colourful, and reasonably priced for the amount of food. My favourite part was definitely the black beans, but I loved the sweet potato and broccoli too, which were both cooked to perfection. The slaw was quite spicy and maybe my least favourite part. It’s a lovely place to eat as the staff are always really friendly here. #saladbowl #deliciousandnutritious #salad #eattherainbow #veganrainbow #healthy

I am not too keen on the texture of the vegan cheese (it’s just too creamy or something?) but I bought this #quesadilla for my #takeaway as I love the strong taste of the black beans. I always buy #wahaca with a side of sweet potatoes (they don’t look that nice in the photo, but I could literally eat them every day, they are so tasty!) They do put a lot of cheese in the quesadilla which is good for the cost but if you aren’t a huge fan of most vegan cheese (like me), they have a couple of other vegan options too. #mexicanfood #veganbrighton
