My daughter ordered this and really enjoyed it. It has seitan, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and wheat noodles in a spicy tomato based broth.

I haven't had these since I was a child and they brought back a wave of delicious nostalgia. My daughter hates beans, but I convinced her to try one and she loved them. The red bean paste inside is lightly sweet and I love the chewiness of the rice ball.

Such flavorful broth. I love simple soups like this. The veggies and mushrooms were very fresh. This was a huge portion and very filling.

This is a vegan version of Chinese spare ribs and it was the favorite dish for all 3 of us. It was so good that I ended up getting an order of it to-go so I could eat it throughout the week with my leftover veggie fried rice. It's made of seitan and my omni boyfriend couldn't get over how similar it is in taste and texture to actual meat.

The tofu was lightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce was so flavorful and paired incredibly well with the tofu and vegetables. Every dish we ate here was fantastic and their menu is huge, so we will definitely be returning to try all of their other offerings.

So tasty! The glass noodles make this a not too heavy dish and the vegetables and mushrooms are fresh and cooked perfectly.

This restaurant is 100% vegetarian, mostly vegan. All menu items clearly specify which items are vegan and/or gluten free. Our waitress, who was super friendly and helpful (as was the entire staff), recommended this dish to us and recommended that we request pineapple to be added in. We went with her recommendation and it was outstanding! I kept going back for more. We both agreed this was our favorite dish of all the ones we ordered.

Another dish I can’t pass on when I order from Unit Su. I often sub Veg Ham for Tofu and Mushrooms for more veggies. Never has anyone tasted it and not been impressed. Think Lo-mein with more “umph”. There’s at least 2 servings packed into one dish. Sometimes I draw it out for 3 - 5 days. #abillionturns3

It’s hard to order from Unit Su without ordering the Seitan. It’s the perfect combo of crunch and squish, a very mild spice, and enough food for at least two servings even for the most voracious appetite. I often pair with their brown rice. Order during their lunch special hours on Mon-Fri and you get soup and a spring roll added all for less than 10$! Friends of mine order their whole week’s worth of meals from here. Must try! #abillionturns3
