

One thing I love about True Food Kitchen is that it's difficult to choose what to order, because they don't just phone in their handful of vegan menu selections. Each dish is created with loads of fresh flavors that never feel forced, as if the chef was struggling to come up with new dishes to placate us. This pizza is one of the seasonal menu items, packing lots of flavor with spinach, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic puree and yummy house-made almond ricotta cheese--- lots of it, too. The crust is crispy and light. I inhaled this with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. A diner who arrived while I was eating took one look at the pizza and ordered the same thing. So good! A real treat....
