This is an amazing restaurant. 100% vegan! I've gone so many times and it never disappoints. Try the pho and bun bu hue, too. Steamed buns are amazing, as well.

This is my favorite vegan Vietnamese restaurant!! The food is authentic and it is so flavorful! I also appreciate how they serve chrysanthemum tea as a free beverage! I got the pho, bò kho, and Banh mi to go and I loved everything! I wish I had this in LA!

This bun tasted stale, as if it was either stored in the freezer uncovered for a long time, or maybe heated in a microwave instead of steamed. It was dry, and the wax paper was caked on so well that I didn’t even realize it was there until I was chewing on it. It was impossible to remove without tearing off big chunks of the bun.

Not the flat rice noodle that I was expecting, but this was an okay dish. Not one I’d get again though.

Banh Mi Combination Sandwich

This was lacking one of my favorite ingredients of Banh Mi’s, the creamy sauce. Since I took this home for lunch anyway, I made my own sauce with vegan Mayo, sriracha, and Hoisin sauce. I popped this sandwich in the toaster oven, and the bread came out nice and toasty. They also added glass noodles to this, which I thought was an interesting twist. This new vegan Vietnamese restaurant has a nice selection of options. English is limited among the employer/employees, but since this place is all vegan, I really don’t mind if they get my order wrong🙂.

Vietnamese coffee is my all-time favorite coffee and I was delighted to enjoy this again at this new vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown. Even the condensed milk is vegan.
