Avocado chocolate torte… like are you kidding me?? This was so rich and creamy I forgot it was vegan. The almond sponge was perfect, the lemon curd gave it a lil zing, and the candied almonds?? Unreal. I don’t even like dessert that much and I was obsessed 🍫💘

This cauliflower is elite. The romesco adds a smoky kick, the hemp parm gives it a lil nutty crunch, and the chili oil?? Say less. If you’ve ever wanted a veggie to feel like a main character, this is it. 12/10 would eat again 🫶

Honestly obsessed with this one 🥹 The chickpeas were perfectly seasoned, the veggies were fresh, and the miso gravy?? Life-changing. Got it with basmati rice and it was giving cozy, nourishing, feel-good energy. The Coup stays undefeated 💚

This is the satay bowl with the spicy almond sauce. It was very good, but a rich sauce no doubt. Especially after loading up on a few amazing appetizers before this!

This is a take out version. The perogie skin is a bit dry but the oyster mushroom tastes very unique and has a wonderful texture. Not sure what the sauces are (I think the white one is vegan ranch and the green one has dill in it). The price is $22 and comes with a side of potato wedges, salad, or soup.

I had this dish back in 2015 when I first went vegan! I think the coup should definitely bring it back. A pizza with carrots and peanut sauce sounds strange... but this dish was definitely my favourite. healthy and comforting hopefully, one day I can get to have this again!

It was pretty good. Service was great! Something on the dish tasted a little off, it might have been the mushrooms. Bread was dry so make sure you have water. But glad somewhere has plant based options.

Myself and 2 gal pals went to celebrate a birthday and we had an amazingly delicious vegan meal at the Coup. I had heard it was “good but expensive “ however I disagree. The server was super friendly and helpful with the menu, the food was amazing. The hot pot I had was su huge I only could eat half and had the leftover for lunch the next day. So for me, the hot pot was 2 full meals! I also had a carrot dessert that was vegan and so rich and creamy I can’t even describe its yummy ness. The other gals had vegan ice cream. It was a great evening out and well worth it. Close to downtown Calgary and on trendy 17th Avenue.
