This “burger” has a portobello mushroom for a patty and is topped with tempeh “bacon,” vegan Swiss cheese, secret sauce, lettuce, and tomato. This was a great and unique quick service meal option. The vegan cheese paired well with the mushroom and the tempeh had a nice smoky flavor. I wasn’t crazy about the secret sauce, but luckily, I was able to order it on the side. I like Beyond and Impossible burgers, but theme parks tend to be oversaturated with them, so this was a nice alternative to add some variety.
