as someone who's never been a fan of scallops bc they can be chewy and rubbery, i was worried the texture of this might be chewy but im so glad my fears were unfounded, and the king oyster mushroom had been prepared till it was very soft yas
sprinkling of sesame complemented this!
sadly their sushi is on the pricey side :-( $18 for 6)
