This place will veganize many dishes on their menu including the pad Thai. It was delicious! I got it with tofu but you can also get mock duck. #veganisnotscary

This is delicious and I will definitely get it again. I request it with no extra spice added bc their curries are already spicy enough. 🍛🌶🍚

It’s hard to find vegan pho and I’m happy to have an option in St. Paul. The temperature was very hot which is wonderful considering it cools down when you add the lime juice and bean sprouts. I did notice it gets to be quite salty when you eat leftovers which was a bummer. TheIr noodles get mushy and starchy as time passes whIch is not ideal.

This dish was incredible! I usually get the drunken noodle but decided to try something new tonight. I was curious if this dish could be vegan and the chef personally came out to let me know he could do it. He always checks in on us when we eat here and it's so sweet because he really takes our opinions to heart to provide the best choices for the vegan community. This is similar to a red curry and comes with vermicelli noodles. The flavor is just out of this world! I just ate it and can't wait to go back for more lol.

The drunken noodle (pad kee mao) dish is consistently amazing at Thai Garden! The chef makes a separate vegan sauce for vegan dishes and uses separate pans to cook the food on. I love how much care and consideration they put into serving their vegan customers. Plus the owners/chef are incredibly sweet, humble and kind people!

This place will veganize most dishes upon request and a couple dollars upcharge but it's worth it! The taste is so fresh and the dishes are gorgeous! I loved this fun twist on the tradional pad Thai dish adding a red curry sauce! Delicious!
