This was a miscellany of chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, green pepper, parsley, radish, lettuce, fresh mint, sumac, oive oil. red wine vinegar and toasted pita. It was generous, tasty, and satisfying.

This is the one vegan dessert option and it is very creamy with a really nice strawberry sauce. It is also gluten-free.

Truly wonderful! It is an oven-baked mixture of pumpkin and bulgur wheat encasing a layer of seasoned spinach, red chard, chickpeas, onion, and walnuts. Just be sure to make it clear that you don’t want any yogurt with it.
