The ambiance at Skyve Wine Bistro is quite nice and provides a relaxed atmosphere in almost a forest like setting. It is tucked away from the main road, and you wouldn't know about it unless it was referred by someone. The tempeh dish was a bit of a miss. For a restaurant that appears to pride itself on originality, it didn't quite make it there. Very ordinary ingredients.

An inventive and interesting dish that just seemed to miss its intended mark. Definitely presentation over substance. Not enough for sharing. Portion was very limited, and there wasn't really any cheese to speak of. Basil sorbet was the highlight of the dish. In the menu ingredients were hearts of palm, basil sorbet, and vegan cheese.

If you've never tried, a smoked pickled strawberry, this dish is certainly worth a try. The chocolate tasted rich and had a good flavor. The edible flowers were brought something to the presentation. However, there could have been a bit more color on the plate

The truffle fries were quite delicious. Thin. Crisp. The truffle oil was not overpowering, but enhanced the taste of the fries. The portions at this restaurant are not the largest, so the plate of fries was well needed.

More delicious than a burger with real meat. It has grilled portobello, spinach, fried tofu, tempeh, truffle fries. A bit pricy at $34 SGD but worth every cent.
