Absolutely delicious. And very filling. Remember to say "no egg". I think it's only available at the toa payoh Shu Veg outlet. The noodles and springy and yummy!

The food here is always executed very solidly. Beautifully crispy chicken chunks in a sweet Thai chili sauce (not too spicy) with generous amounts of sliced cucumber. Pairs wonderfully with the rice. Comfort food for sure!

Nice pop of smoky ginger flavour to the sauce, and I love the mock chicken pieces they use for this dish - good texture and a pleasant flavour of its own.

Perfectly serviceable rendition of this dish though they definitely cook it on the spot so it hasn't been simmering and gaining flavour for hours. As a result, the soup tastes pleasant but doesn't carry a tang of sourness as it ought. Still, packed full of veg and tofu so very comforting nonetheless!

Was recommended this signature dish by the guy manning the till. Bit pricey for a hearty bowl of soup but it's lovely - thick, sweetly umami soup packed with seaweed, cabbage, tomatoes, silken tofu, mock fish and more.

A nice big serving. You can have the soup with noodles or rice. Lots of ingredients, veggies and mock meat. Wish there was more tofu and seaweed. Soup was a little salty, I diluted with water. #veganisnotscary 🥘
