Love this dark sauce wanton noodle~ and the fresh crispy greens~ Uncle at the stall is very cute. Asked if I wanted chilli~ answered yes extra spicy and he mentioned~ the spiciness will take over the truffle fragrance~ added such a pity~ then I said ok little spicy he suggested again that I won’t be able to enjoy the truffle noodles to the fullest so I gave in and ordered mine without chilli. Surprised I still enjoyed the noodle without chilli~ oh~ I requested for no eggs to make it vegan friendly~ And ohhh~~ the soup is so so belly yummy~ go try. They are open daily from 10:30am to 2pm. Queued for more than half an hour for this because of the 50% off promo today!! They also ran out of reusable bowls because of the crowd so it came in a kinda small disposable bowl, which made the noodles harder to toss and eat. The highlight was definitely the soup and wantons!! The soup was so full of umami from being simmered for hours with mushrooms, radishes, and other vegetables. The owner was also really kind to give three huge mushrooms in the soup. The wantons were filled with mushrooms too, and the skin was just the right thickness. The noodles weren't particularly impressive and actually a bit too sweet for me (they used thick soy sauce instead of the typical light sauce wanton mee comes in) but had decent texture!
