This starter from Pinellias has a good flavor, was fried crispy golden brown and had a nutritious filling of veggies and tofu. The tangy sauce is came with was good as well. It was filling enough to be a small meal. #veganiseasy

It was lovely to find this vegan restaurant in Southbend on our way to a trade show for my husband’s business in Rosemont. They are in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking. The general Tso lunch special was tasty and filling. It came with rice, a veggie egg roll and soy protein with sauce. It was a good value at $9.50. #veganistasty #veganisthefuture
