Paradise Park Café isn’t all vegan but they have a few vegan options including a breakfast wrap, a pizza, this sandwich and I think a few other things. This is their vegan bahn mi sandwich. It was yummy and the serving was a good size. It was missing something, something that the bahn mi sandwiches I have gotten at Vietnamese places have. Not sure what the flavor is that is missing. Regardless their sandwich is yummy!
