This was really yummy! A sweet and indulgent cinnamon bun with currants and a delightful glaze on top. I enjoyed this and would order it again. It was a little pricey at R38.99 but still good value in my opinion #veganfortheanimals #veganfortheplanet

This was unfortunately rather disappointing. The bun was burnt a little on top and there wasn’t nearly enough chocolate spread in it (only really what is visible on top). The spread and hazelnuts were lovely but they made up a fairly small part of this bun so overall it wasn’t a great purchase. #veganismisjustice #veganfortheanimals

This was quite tasty but the ratio of bagel to filling could have been better. I also wasn’t crazy about the seed bagel. At R69.99 on Uber Eats this is quite pricey, especially compared to the value of a very similar bagel at Jack’s Bagels. Nice to try but I doubt I’ll order this again. #veganisnotscary #veganfortheanimals

Disclaimer: have a gallon of water ready because this bagel is saaaalty! But probably the best tasting bagels from Okja Cafe. Very messy affair, but still yummy, albeit a bit too salty 🧂

I must be honest I was quite disappointed with this bagel, it has the thinnest layer of schmear you could imagine. If you see the photos of the product versus what I got, it felt a bit like fake advertisement 🫣 maybe if it had more schmear it would be tastier, as I could barely taste any.

Lovely bagel if you are feeling like a light meal. Not filling on its own,!-‘d they could have added a bit more hummus as it was a bit dry. Overall I would order it again.

A deliciously balanced matcha latte with oat milk. You can add your own sweetener of choice there, I went for date syrup.

I'm not sure if these pass as hot cross buns 👀 The Woolies ones are a household favourite and in comparison, for my taste, these just didn't satisfy as a hot cross bun. It was virtually tasteless and I didn't enjoy the sultanas. Okay with butter & cheese but forgetful.

Disappointing from these guys because I've enjoyed their cookies this far... The biscuit was completely soft instead of having the promised crunch and there was a baking powder aftertaste.

The cookie that came with an education lol... I had to Google the ingredient Demerara and it turned out to be sugar. Another lekker tasting cookie from Okja that had me at chewy raisins.

We took cookies from Okja along with us on holiday in the platteland... Absolute win 🙌🏾. They had me at cranberries, seeds & coconut. It's such a moreish cookie that went well with our morning coffee.
