Sometimes I feel like I know all the great spots in Singapore but every now and then I’m reminded of how little I know! Tonight was a prime example, as my friend @muni suggested meeting at Nouri which happens to be around the corner from my office! We had a 10 course feast of amazing morsels of vegan heaven. The menu was so creative, bringing together flavors I could easily recognize like cashews and artichokes with so many things I felt like I was tasting for the first time. There were so many little micro greens and aquatic plants that just popped in my mouth. The food was also literally a trip around the world of culinary traditions, bringing together spices, ingredients and flavors from all over. The only thing I could have asked for was more of everything! The truth is 10 courses of anything is super filling and this was one of the most memorable meals I’ve had all year!
